Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and rode the bus to work! Of course, I had no other option since my car was being worked on and my husband couldn't take me at noon since he was already at work in Kirby. I had to take three different buses to get from my house on the Nortwest side of town to the branch so I was a little nervous about catching the transfer buses but the bus drivers were helpful and one even told me a better stop to take than what was on the Via webpage. I would consider taking the bus on a regular basis if it didn't take almost twice as long to get to work as driving my car. I would hate to have to get up any earlier than I already do to get to work on time!

See? I told you posting on a blog is fun. :) Sorry about your car, bummer.

Sorry your car's in the shop, but it's good to hear the drivers were so nice. That's also been my experience - they're very helpful.

It takes me an hour to get home, and I only have to take one bus, which is a commuter bus so we make limited stops, but I take my laptop and get to catch up on reading all these 23 Things blogs.
